  • Estimated delivery times for each shipping method will be provided at checkout.

3. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress.

4. Order Changes and Modification:

  • We are unable to make changes or modifications to an order it has been placed.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address and other details are accurate before completing your purchase.

6. Shipping Fees and Taxes:

Please Note: 

It is important to provide detailed and correct shipping information when placing your order. EAGLELOC is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once a order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/ or stole.
